The Shameless
Solo exhibition

Shameless is loosing sight of the boundaries that we have set ourselves. Shameless is letting go, for a moment, for a day, for another, for our own selves. It is dropping the act and giving ourselves up to unimagined experiences, heartbreaking encounters, to the sways of the life that we unwillingly embark on. Whether the moment leads to failure or success, with shamelessness comes redemption, and a situation worthy of being witnessed and captured.

The Shameless
is my first solo show, exhibiting over 80 photographs taken since 2008 on the streets and in the bedrooms of London, Beirut, New York and beyond.
All images were pooled from my photoblog La Gueule du Monde, a daily exercise in observation and freeze-framing of everyday moments and experiences.

The Shameless showed at Zico House gallery, Beirut, Lebanon, from July 29th to August 7th 2010.
Epson Ultrachrome K3 photo prints in 3 sizes: 30 x 20cm, 40 x 30cm (both sizes unframed) and
60 x 40cm (aluminium-mounted).
See the About page for press and reviews about the exhibition.
